We are a substantial family run business, employing roughly 100 people across our brands. We have experienced exponential growth and are on the hunt for a receptionist to join our team!

This is not your traditional front office reception role - whilst we have a working office, the majority of our client enquiries come through email and phone so you will be directing a high number of calls to our friendly customer service team. You will work on a rotating roster in a fast-paced environment with a team of three receptionists including yourself.

Are you?

  • Available to work a rotating roster with start times at 8am, 9am and 10am (3 week rotational)?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for Eziway Salary Packaging clients
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the relevant Customer Service Officer
  • Filing emails and entering information into the Eziway Salary Packaging system
  • Ad-hoc administration duties including printing, binding, ordering stationary and supplies

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience with reception or call centre highly regarded.
  • Friendly, professional manner, team player with robust work ethics
  • A willingness to go above and beyond and provide a great service to clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite and comfortable with picking up new systems/ software

The Role

The Analyst Programmer primary role is to produce documentation system plans, tests debugs and maintain and update systems programs and applications.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for assisting and conducting analysis and maintenance across all systems applications and infrastructure in the organisation. Furthermore, providing support and assistance to the other teams in the organisation where appropriate.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience

  • Demonstrated skills in application testing.
  • Minimum 3 Years experience with c# and .net
  • Prior experience interpreting user stories and creating test cases.
  • Systems Administration Experience.
  • Windows Server 2016/2019 Configuration Knowledge.
  • Experience creating test cases In a Microsoft based environment.
  • Consultation on future system and application requirements.
  • Research and identify technology limits and constraints.
  • Updating systems in line with consultation and testing procedures.
  • Developing testing and debug environments.
  • Providing and Updating Documentation for end user and systems operational procedures.
  • Developing proposals and strategies allowing the evaluation of business cases for future technology.
  • Debugging and Diagnosing issues and faults across the platforms.
  • Reviewing and implementing quality standards to maintain applications, systems, and programs.
