Why are we looking?

We are on the hunt for a superstar Client Experience Manager as we have experienced exponential growth in Queensland. As the face of Eziway, you will be on the frontline visiting organisations (enjoying tea and scones) – talking to both the key stakeholders for the Employer, and the Employees of that organisation. Our model is built around Customer Service and the CEM is pivotal to ensuring the ongoing success of relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders from employers within the state of SA
  • Travel and face to face customer service including providing support, training, seminars, 1-1 information sessions to your portfolio of clients across SA on Salary Packaging (travel minimum 3 days per week)
  • Proactively providing Salary Packaging solutions to help clients
  • Assist with transition of new clients including travelling to site, conducting 1-1 sessions, on-boarding new starters
  • Develop and execute an annual plan of visits ensuring we capture feedback on level of client satisfaction and improvements
  • Liaise with the operations team when troubleshooting to ensure team based approach to managing portfolio
  • Act as the ultimate ambassador for Eziway Salary Packaging

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong relationship building skills – you will know where, when, who, what and are motivated to establish excellent working relationships with your clients
  • In-depth understanding of Salary Packaging and Novated Lease (we will train you!)
  • Ability to deliver seminars, training sessions and 1-1 information sessions with confidence, and the ability to connect with people
  • Positive attitude and results driven
  • A team player who loves to pitch in and get the job done

  • Processing tasks through our own in house software for the end to end Salary Packaging arrangement (signing up, processing an amendment to the package, reconciling balances, advising on Salary Packaging entitlements etc)
  • Using the Eziway software to complete work incl. data entry, updating client files and maintaining accuracy of all records

Skills & Experience Required:

  • A willingness to provide a top-class service to clients is essential
  • High level of attention to detail - accuracy is KEY as we are managing people's salaries
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, professional phone manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite and comfortable with picking up new systems/ software
  • Ability to meet Key Performance Indicators
