We are a substantial family run business, employing roughly 100 people across our brands. We have experienced exponential growth and are on the hunt for a receptionist to join our team!

This is not your traditional front office reception role - whilst we have a working office, the majority of our client enquiries come through email and phone so you will be directing a high number of calls to our friendly customer service team. You will work on a rotating roster in a fast-paced environment with a team of three receptionists including yourself.

The HR officer reports to the HR Advisor to jointly oversee key Human Resources processes, such as Recruitment, Employee Recognition and Retention, HR and general administration, Policy Management and Review and Process Improvement. You will engage with both internal and external stakeholders, including leadership team members, to provide HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general HR administrative tasks accurately and efficiently

Why are we looking?

Eziway Salary Packaging and Eziway Leasing provide salary packaging and novated lease services to the not-for-profit sector. As a key member of the Eziway Leasing team, the Dealership Liaison will work with our consultants and Dealer network to locate and coordinate the delivery of vehicles for our novated lease clients.

This role is not a sales-based role, however there is a commission based structure around securing vehicles for our clients. Ideally, we are looking for someone who enjoys communicating with a wide range of people, building relationships and is a superstar administration coordinator. You will be a self-starter with initiative to plan your workdays and be comfortable in building rapport and relationships with key stakeholders.
