About the role

Eziway Salary Packaging Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our dynamic team on a contract (8 months) basis. This is a vital role that will provide strategic HR support and guidance to our organisation as we continue to grow and evolve. Working in a collaborative environment, you will ensure our HR practices and policies remain compliant and aligned with our business goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing hands-on HR advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment and onboarding
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives to foster a positive and productive work culture
  • Supporting the recruitment process by reviewing applications, coordinating interviews and providing recommendations
  • Maintaining employee records and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations to enhance HR service delivery
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to address HR-related issues and promote best practices visit clients

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a generalist HR advisory role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Proficient in the use of HRIS and other HR-related technology
  • A collaborative mindset and the desire to contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture
