Why are we looking?

We are on the hunt for a superstar Client Relationship Manager (CRM) as we have experienced exponential growth in the last 12 months. As the face of Eziway, you will be on the frontline visiting organisations – talking to both the key stakeholders for the Employer, and the Employees of that organisation. Our model is built around Customer Service and the Client Relationship Manager is pivotal to ensuring the ongoing success of relationships with our clients. This role includes bi-annual travel to Northern Territory and quarterly travel to Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders within your state and region
  • Travel weekly and provide face to face customer service including providing support, training, seminars, 1-1 information sessions to your portfolio of clients.
  • Proactively provide solutions to help our clients solve challenges
  • Assist with transitions/onboarding of new clients including travelling to site, conducting 1-1 sessions, on-boarding new starters. This may include staying away from home for 2 to 3 nights.
  • Develop and execute an annual monthly plan of visits ensuring we capture feedback on level of client satisfaction and improvements
  • Liaise with the operations team to ensure team when troubleshooting and to ensure team based approach to managing portfolio
  • Act as the ultimate ambassador for Eziway Salary Packaging and Eziway Leasing

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong relationship building skills – you will know where, when, who, what and are motivated to establish excellent working relationships with your clients
  • In-depth understanding of Salary Packaging and Novated Lease highly regarded
  • Ability to deliver seminars, training sessions and 1-1 information sessions
  • Positive attitude and results driven
  • A team player who loves to pitch in and get the job done

Additional Requirements:

This role requires weekly travel to service our clients around South Australia, and there will be occasions where you may need to stay away from home for 2 to 3 nights. Flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential for this position as you generally will be visiting clients across SA daily with 1 work from home day per week.
