These 3 x roles are located within our Eziway Salary Packaging brand. Eziway Salary Packaging provides outsourced Salary Packaging services to a specific industry (FBT exempt) which includes charities, public health, community and disability service providers.

You will work with a designated portfolio of clients from doctors through to aged care workers, in providing a superior experience with all things Salary Packaging. As the primary point of contact, you will perform a range of customer service and administration-based tasks using our own in-house software. You will work on a 2-week rotating roster with 1 shift at 8am, 1 shift at 10am and the remainder at 9am starts. It is a fast-paced environment and very rewarding working with people on the frontline of our health industry.

We are a substantial family run business with our head office based in Pakenham, employing roughly 80 people across our brands (and growing..)! As we have experienced exponential growth in the last 18 months we are on the hunt for a new Customer Service & Admin extraordinaire!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for Eziway Salary Packaging clients
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with enquiries in line with our service offering
  • Processing the Salary Packaging lifecycle including; creating accounts, processing documentation and terminating employees
  • Using the Eziway software to complete work incl. data entry, updating client files and maintaining accuracy of all records

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous Salary Packaging or Novated Lease Experience would be highly regarded but definitely not essential!
  • Customer service experience, with a willingness to provide a superior service to clients
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, professional manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite and comfortable with picking up new systems/ software
  • Ability to meet Key Performance Indicators
  • Typing speed of 40words per minute and an accuracy of 95%

  • Respond, review and deploy any reported application bugs
  • Liaise directly with Project Leads to address hot fix bugs following application testing

We are looking for an enthusiastic trainer who will train our team of client service officers develop new skills and consolidate their existing skills so that they continue to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Training Coordinator you will collaborate with the Training and Development Manager, Salary Packaging Manger, General Manager and Chief Operations Officer to coordinate and deliver training to new and existing Client Service Officers.
