Why are we looking?

Eziway Salary Packaging and Eziway Leasing provide salary packaging and novated lease services to the not-for-profit sector. As a key member of the Eziway Leasing team, the Dealer Liaison Coordinator will work with our consultants and Dealer network to locate and coordinate the delivery of vehicles for our novated lease clients.

This role is not a sales-based role, however there is a commission based structure around securing vehicles for our clients. Ideally, we are looking for someone who enjoys communicating with a wide range of people, building relationships and is a superstar administration coordinator. You will be a self-starter with initiative to plan your workdays and be comfortable in building rapport and relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintaining and increasing dealer network for the supply of new and used vehicles
  • Providing training to all Dealers for our ‘Ezidrive portal’
  • Contract management for engaging current and new suppliers
  • Liaising with the consultants on a regular basis to fill supply requests from novated lease clients
  • Building and maintaining relationships with dealers through regular visits and a high level of communication

 

Skills and Experience Required:

 

  • Experience in the Automotive Industry will be highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and speak to a range of individuals every day

  • Solid administration experience

Reporting directly into the Sales and Finance Manager, the Settlements Assistant will be responsible to action and complete all applications related to Novated Leasing, while building relationships with financiers’ clients, dealers (internal and external network) and the car leasing team.

About you

Ideally you are someone who thrives in a customer centric role, enjoys working in a collaborative team environment and has a high attention to detail. This role is the perfect opportunity for a junior admin assistant to take the next step to launch their career!

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Data Entry: Entering data in the banking platforms and into the Eziway system to ensure everything matches with each other and final approvals can be organised.
  • Liaising with customers and their employers to get contracts signed.
  • Managing the settlement process of all novated leases ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Verification of all documentation submitted to financier
  • Forwarding remittance advises to dealerships and other financiers once settle takes place.
  • Understand and work within the compliance and statutory requirements
  • Complete administrative tasks associated with the settlements function

 

Skills and Experience Required:

 

  • Experience with motor vehicle lending will be advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
  • A reliable individual with a can do attitude
  • Willingness to learn new tasks
  • Willingness to undergo additional compliance courses to meet banking requirements.

Working with a portfolio of clients, our Client Experience Officer will provide first class customer service. As the primary point of contact, you will perform a range of customer service and administration-based tasks.
